Baddha konasana (bound angle pose)
Supta sukasana ( reclined cross legs)
supta baddha konasana ( reclined bound angle)
virasana (hero's pose)
supta virasana, (reclined hero)
Adho Mukha Svanasana (down dog)
Supta padangustansana I and II (supine hand on big town pose I and ii)
legs up the wall.
