Tuesday Night rocked

There were thirteen people in class and a couple people were absent. It was great to see Thelma after her many months in NY. Tracey moved up to the Tuesday Class and Dan got his elbows straight. Very cool.

Tuesday and Wednesday Sequences

The Tuesday morning class and Wednesday evening was pretty much the same,

though no supta virasana and I put in Marichyasana I before Chatushpadasana

I'll post the Tuesday evening sequence later, I left my sequence notes at the Church.

We worked on Gomukansana, Lolasana, and ardha matysendrasana...

I realized I don't teach enough twists, so more twists to come, along with the TEN MINUTE SAVASANA in every class.

Tuesday morning, same as monday night, but no siddansana and no chatushpadasana and we did Baddha konasana with the block between the feet.

tuesday night. basically the same, but we added parsva utthita hasta padangushtasana after vrkasana and restorative pose of choice rather than chatush and viparita karani.
