Tuesday sequences

Tuesday morning, same as monday night, but no siddansana and no chatushpadasana and we did Baddha konasana with the block between the feet.

tuesday night. basically the same, but we added parsva utthita hasta padangushtasana after vrkasana and restorative pose of choice rather than chatush and viparita karani.

great classes today.
